In northern China's Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, sunny days are starting to appear after a number of places saw record levels of snowfall. CGTN reporter You Yang traveled to one of the hardest-hit areas, Tongliao City's Kulun County, to see how the locals are getting back to day-to-day life after experiencing such extreme weather.
