Almost two weeks of COP26 negotiations have ended, after delegates agreed on stepping up efforts in the fight against climate change. Guan Dabo, distinguished professor of climate change economics at Tsinghua University in Beijing, shares with us his insights. He says that the global warming effect will be much stronger at 2 ℃ compared with 1.5 ℃.
