Russia begins delivering S-400 air defense systems to India

Dmitry Shugaev, director of the Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation, has confirmed that Russia has begun delivering the first batch of S-400 air defense systems to India.

Speaking to Interfax at the 2021 Dubai Airshow, Shugaev added that completion of the delivery "is expected by the end of December."
