Southwest China's Yunnan Province on Wednesday reported two new confirmed COVID-19 cases, including one locally transmitted found among close contacts of previous cases at a quarantine site in Ruili City.

The other case was from Myanmar, Yunnan's provincial health authorities said. 

Four new asymptomatic cases, all from overseas, were also registered in Yunnan.
