Russian President Vladimir Putin on Friday discussed the migration crisis on the Belarus-Poland border with Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko over the phone, Russia's RIA news agency reported. 

During the talks, they expressed serious concerns about the unacceptable actions by Poland, including the use of special means, the report said, quoting the Kremlin.
