Four Asian students were attacked on a Philadelphia train Wednesday afternoon in what police say was an unprovoked and racially-motivated attack. The suspects – four Black teenage girls – have been arrested and charged with ethnic intimidation and aggravated assault. Mayor Jim Kenney said he was appalled by the violence.
