Australian demonstrators rallied on Saturday across the country to protest against the pandemic bill and other restrictive measurements.

In Melbourne, massive crowds gathered outside the state parliament to address their opposition to many of the Australian government's policies, including the lockdown, vaccine mandate, and related proposals to expand the government's powers.

The latest rally came following weeks of protest against Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews' controversial pandemic bill. If passed, the bill will give the premier and health minister the power to declare a pandemic and the ability to enforce restrictions such as lockdowns, mask-wearing and vaccination mandates.

Large numbers of protesters also demonstrated in Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane and Perth.
