Sudan's PM, military chief sign political agreement

Sudan's Prime Minister Abdalla Hamdok and military chief Abdel Fattah al-Burhanon on Sunday signed a political agreement.
The mediators have earlier confirmed a deal reached between Hamdok and the military. Under the deal, Hamdok will form an independent cabinet of technocrats, and all political detainees will be released.
