Kenya has issued a new COVID-19 vaccination mandate for its citizens. Authorities say those who seek government services as well as people boarding flights and using public transport should have proof of full vaccination by December 21. Those who don't comply will be issued a penalty. Kenya has recorded over 253,000 COVID cases and more than 5,300 deaths.
