Libyan Prime Minister Abdul-Hamid Dbeibah announced on Sunday that he is running for president.
Dbeibah made the announcement in a televised speech, saying he has submitted his candidacy for the upcoming presidential elections.
"There will no longer be war, and Libya will be sovereign and united," the prime minister noted.
