The top trade negotiators of India and the United States are in their second day of talks in New Delhi. Washington's trade chief Katherine Tai is on her first visit to the country since she took office in March. She's met with top officials, including her counterpart Piyush Goyal. Both sides are looking to settle differences on a wide range of issues, including e-commerce and tariffs.
