The first market place in Hong Kong came into existence 180 years ago. Since then, it has survived occupations, rebellions and multiple renovations. Now it's been transformed into a vibrant food, culture and arts hub. CGTN's reporter Richard Kimber went to visit Hong Kong's Central Market to find out how its historic story has just begun a new chapter.
