Chinese State Councilor and Minister of National Defense Wei Fenghe and Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu pledged on Tuesday to safeguard international and regional stability. During a video call, the two defense ministers said China and Russia will continue to deepen strategic cooperation between the two militaries and boost cooperation in strategic exercise, joint patrol and other areas.
