The venue, in downtown Beijing's Olympic Park, will combine multiple elements and functions, such as a stage for performances, lighting and fireworks. Winners of 52 different events during the Winter Olympics will be awarded there. /CFP

Beijing is one of the three competition zones for the 2022 Winter Olympics, with two others in Zhijiazhuang and Yanqing. Each of the zones has its own awards venue. /CFP
