Three German parties have reached a deal to form a new government, with Olaf Scholz poised to take the helm as the country's next chancellor. The "traffic light coalition" will include his Social Democratic Party, but also the Greens to the left and Free Democrats to the right. Ryan Thompson joins us from Frankfurt.
