The China-Laos Railway will be officially put into operation in early December after a successful test run, according to sources with the railway administrative authorities of China. The China section of the China-Laos Railway started test run according to the formal schedule from Thursday. The China-Laos Railway commenced construction in December 2015 and is scheduled for completion by the end of 2021. The railway project is actually a section of the Kunming-Singapore Railway Project, which connects Kunming with Singapore, passing through Laos, Thailand, and Malaysia.
