Pakistan on Thursday conducted a successful training launch of surface-to-surface nuclear-capable ballistic missile Shaheen-1A. The army said the test flight aimed to revalidate the weapon system's specific design and technical parameters. Army officials, scientists and engineers witnessed the test at the launch site.
