The Chinese mainland has reported four new locally transmitted COVID-19 cases. The National Health Commission on Friday said three of the infections were detected in Shanghai. The other case was reported in the port city of Dalian in northeast China's Liaoning Province. Three communities in Shanghai have been classified as medium risk areas. Tracing of the sources of infection is now underway.
