The concrete pouring for filling the east anchor of Guangxi Longmen Bridge has officially started. Officials plan to pour 47,000 cubic meters of concrete continuously at one time, making it the largest continuous pouring volume in the world for an anchor in the sea. The east anchor also adopts the world's most advanced supporting structure. Once the construction is completed, the Longmen will be the first grand bridge with a span of over one kilometer in Guangxi.
