On July 28, the Peljesac Bridge, linking Croatia's Peljesac peninsula with the rest of the country, was fully joined together. As an iconic Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) project built by China Road and Bridge Corporation (CRBC), it is regarded as a breakthrough in China-Croatia cooperation and an example of China-Croatia-EU cooperation.
