The 8th Ministerial Conference of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC) is taking place in Senegal's capital Dakar from November 29 to 30. The conference comes at an important moment in the global fight against COVID-19 and economic recovery. It shows the firm will of China and Africa to overcome difficulties and seek common development.
