The Omicron COVID-19 variant has been found in at least 12 countries and Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Many nations have banned travelers from southern Africa in response. There's still a lot to be learned about the variant, including its transmissibility and severity. CGTN's Timothy Ulrich reports.
