The Forum on China-Africa Cooperation is underway in Dakar, Senegal. Zhang Yongpeng, a senior research fellow at the Institute of West Asian and African Studies under the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, shares with us more insights on the forum. He says that China's vaccines will effectively alleviate the majority of immunization needs of 1.3 billion Africans.
