Quarantine-free air travel opens for vaccinated Malaysia-Singapore passengers

Malaysia and Singapore have opened a travel lane for vaccinated travelers to enter their countries by land and air without quarantine after having all but sealed their borders to one another since March 2020. It's a still tentative re-opening of what was one of the world's busiest borders before the pandemic, with only citizens and long-term pass holders eligible, including many who have not been able to return home to visit loved ones for 19 months or even longer.
