Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken will hold a bilateral meeting on the sidelines of the Organization for Security and Cooperation on Europe (OSCE) summit held from December 2 to 3 in Stockholm, TASS news agency reported on Wednesday.
