Chinese President Xi Jinping on Friday said that China and Laos adhere to common ideals, mutual trust and readiness to help and support each other through thick and thin. Xi made the remarks during a virtual meeting with Lao President Thongloun Sisoulith, where the two leaders jointly witnessed the opening of the China-Laos railway via video link.
