Aung San Suu Kyi sentence reduced to 2 years from 4

Aung San Suu Kyi has had her sentence reduced from four to two years after a partial pardon by Min Aung Hlaing, head of Myanmar's State Administration Council, according to local media.

Detained President U Win Myint's four-year detention was also halved to two years, Myanmar's state TV said.
