A virtual meeting between Russian President Vladimir Putin and his U.S. counterpart Joe Biden is expected to take place after 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, Russia media have reported.
Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov told reporters that he believes the meeting "will be quite long."
According to him, the opening of the videoconference will be broadcast, while the rest will be in private.
Topics will include tensions over Ukraine, NATO's expansion towards the Russian border and Putin's security guarantees initiative.
