South Korea reports first day over 7,000 COVID-19 cases

South Korea on Tuesday surpassed 7,000 COVID-19 cases in a single day for the first time since the start of the pandemic, Yonhap News Agency reported on Wednesday, citing Prime Minister Kim Boo-kyum.
