Donations address vaccine inequality
05:36

The recent emergence of a new fast-spreading COVID-19 variant has highlighted the global inequality in the distribution of vaccines. China has gone some way to addressing this imbalance by supplying over 1.8 billion COVID-19 vaccine doses to more than 120 countries and international organizations. The principle is to make vaccines accessible to ordinary people in developing countries.
