One person has died in floods in Spain, as Storm Barra sweeps through the northern region of Navarre. Local media reports the victim was killed while in a vehicle, as a shed collapsed due to the heavy rain. Besides Navarre, Spain's weather agency on Friday put 11 more regions on a weather alert.
