Foreign scholars are seeing great potential in Chinese economic development. Russian commentator Igor Schnushenko said that the potential is driven by China's huge market and its enterprises that are attaching more importance to technology innovation. Cai Daolu, a visiting senior fellow of the National University of Singapore, believes that the outlook of China's economy will remain unchanged despite global uncertainties.
