Thousands in Vienna, Austria, have taken to the streets to protest COVID-19 measures. Austria's government on Thursday announced a compulsory vaccination plan, which aims to vaccinate people over the age of 14. Under the measures, the unvaccinated people will face fines of up to $4,000 every three months.
