Transformer substation fire cuts water, power in parts of Taipei

Heavy smoke rose as a blaze tore through a transformer substation in southern Taipei on Sunday morning, cutting water and power in certain districts, local authorities have reported.
The fire was eventually extinguished at 10:26 a.m. with no casualties reported.
