One person was killed and 13 others wounded in a shooting at a large crowd gathered for a "celebration of life" in Houston, Texas, Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez disclosed on Sunday.
"Three wounded people are in critical condition, while others suffered non-fatal injuries," Gonzalez added.
