China Media Group and China International Television Corporation organized the 2021 Belt and Road Media Community Summit Forum in Beijing on Monday under the theme of "Joint Innovation, Sincere Integration, Mutual Learning Through Cultural Exchange."

More than 150 representatives from 80 mainstream media organizations from more than 40 countries and regions attended the forum online and offline.

"Over the past eight years, thanks to the concerted efforts of all participants, the Belt and Road Initiative has been transformed from an idea into a reality. It has become the largest and the most extensive platform for international cooperation worldwide," said Xu Lin, minister of the State Council Information Office of China, during his video speech. "It will bring huge opportunities and rich dividends to global development."
