Australia and South Korea have signed a defense deal worth nearly 700 million U.S. dollars Monday during South Korean President Moon Jae-in's four-day visit to Australia.
During his visit, Moon has ruled out joining the U.S. and Australia for a diplomatic boycott of the Beijing Winter Olympics.
