Moon Jae-in: Seoul will not follow countries boycott Beijing Winter Olympics

President of the Republic of Korea (ROK) Moon Jae-in says his country is not considering a diplomatic boycott of the Beijing Winter Olympics. He made the remarks on Monday during his visit to Australia. Moon also says Seoul seeks to promote a free and open Pacific region and a harmonious relationship with Beijing.
