The U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) has opened an investigation into an Amazon building collapse. Six workers died in a devastating tornado that hit an Amazon warehouse in Edwardsville, Illinois on Friday night. Amazon is facing questions over whether they provided adequate shelter and advised workers to evacuate immediately.
