Lithuania railways CEO to resign over potash transport from Belarus

Mantas Bartuska, head of Lithuania's state-run railway, has agreed to step down due to public outcry over the transport of potash, a type of crop fertilizer made of potassium, from Belarus. A ban on the sale of potash took effect on December 8, after the U.S. imposed sanctions on Belarus in August.
