Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Wang Wenbin on Tuesday denounced the U.S. decision to absolve U.S. troops and officials from facing disciplinary action for a drone strike in Kabul in August that killed 10 Afghan civilians, including seven children. He said that a day of reckoning will eventually come for a U.S. military that has committed the crime of killing innocent civilians in many countries.
