Former U.S. police officer Derek Chauvin pleads guilty to civil rights violation

Former Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin pleaded guilty on Wednesday to federal charges of violating George Floyd's civil rights.
Chauvin, who is already serving a 22-year sentence for murdering Floyd in May 2020, appeared at a change of plea hearing in St. Paul, Minnesota.
