Super Typhoon Rai, locally known as Odette, slammed into the Philippines on December 16. After making landfall on Siargao Island, it swept the central Philippines, wreaking havoc across the archipelago. CGTN Stringers in Kabankalan and Cebu City sent back footage of the aftermath.
