Chileans on Sunday headed to the polls to vote for the second round of the presidential election after no winner garnered over 50 percent of vote in the first round last month.

Polls opened at 8 a.m. (1100 GMT), with voters lining up to choose between Gabriel Boric of the Approve Dignity bloc and Jose Antonio Kast of the Republican Party.
