Hong Kong, Macao SAR chief executives to pay visit to Beijing
Chief Executive of China's Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) Carrie Lam will pay a duty visit to Beijing from Monday night to Thursday, the SAR government said in a statement on Monday.
During her stay in Beijing, Lam will report to central government leaders on the latest economic, social and political situation in the SAR.
The Chief Executive of the Macao Special Administrative Region Ho Iat-seng will also travel to Beijing from Tuesday to Friday this week.
Ho will report to the central government leaders on the work of the SAR in the past year and on key policies for the next year, and will also visit ministries and commissions during his stay in Beijing.
