Carrie Lam says turnout rate not only way to evaluate an election

All 90 members of the seventh-term Legislative Council (LegCo) of China's Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) have been elected, as shown by the voting results that came out on Monday morning. In response to questions on low voter turnout in the election, HKSAR's Chief Executive Carrie Lam said that although the turnout rate is lower than the past, the number of voters is also a very important factor.
