Japan's TEPCO submits application to discharge contaminated water

Japan's TEPCO has formally submitted an application to Japan's Nuclear Regulation Authority (NRA) with a detailed plan of discharging contaminated water from the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant on Tuesday, according to an official announcement from the NRA's official website.
