France to make COVID-19 pass available only to vaccinated

France will pass a law to transform its health pass system into a vaccination pass from January. The change means only the vaccinated would be allowed in indoor public places. France says the Omicron variant now accounts for 20 percent of new COVID-19 infection cases in the country.
