CDC shortens isolation time for COVID-19 positive health care workers

The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) updated its quarantine recommendations for COVID-19, changing the quarantine period for health care workers who tested positive from 10 days to seven days, CDC Director Dr. Rochelle Walensky announced in a statement on Thursday.
