The death toll from the boat disaster earlier this week in Madagascar has risen to 85, including five children, according to maritime authorities. Three people remain missing. A cargo ship carrying 138 people sank off the country's northeastern coast on Monday. Authorities said the vessel was carrying passengers, mostly seasonal workers on their way home, illegally.
